GROUND CONTACT: PHELPS FIRE on PHELPS FIRE TOWER, (UHF). HAZARDS: WIRES: 60'AGL border the southern edge of the parking lot, running E-W over the South edge of the asphalt parking lot. WIRES: 60' North border of property and actual nursing home, Wires come from roadway to the Nursing home itself, running E-W. Avoid East border of parking lot due to unusable slope. |

Due regard given to the hazards in area that resulted in a 105'x115' landing area. There is a 4 degree slope, toward the highway/creek, but otherwise, is a flat landing surface with direct access to nursing home on NE corner of landing area.
